Purchased files cannot be downloaded from Etsy to a mobile device. You will need to access your account via a regular pc.

Check your spam and junk folder. If you find the file there select the file then “move to inbox”. This will help teach your email application that you want to receive emails from that source in the future.

1. The amount of online storage space Etsy provides to sellers is very small. For our large high quality files and bundles we store them in our online store then send you a unique link. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
2. Custom bundles require us to manually create a link for you. Please allow up to 72hrs for this, although it is typically much less.

Typically the file should be in your downloads folder. We label all our files with “The-Magic-Crayons” so try searching by these terms, the product name, or the catalogue number.

1. We have hundreds of files online and are human so if we have not linked something as we should please let us know the order number so we can investigate for you.
2. Etsy is made up of countless independent sellers so please check the item ordered is from The Magic Crayons store, not another store.

Yes. We can create posters, canvas prints and more with the artwork you chose, or any other artwork from Our website.

Yes. These will need to be purchased separately. Please contact us in advance so that we may provide you with a discount voucher to the value of 50% of the purchased download.

• Use Microsoft Edge, but it has limited capabilities 
• Install a PDF reader, like Adobe Acrobat Reader, to view, print, comment, and share PDFs 
• Right-click the file, select Open With, and choose your PDF reader 

On a Mac: 

• Use the Preview app 
• Double-click a PDF file to open it 
• Select one or more files, then choose File > Open With > Preview
