Commercial Use

You may use the digital art to create commercial products for sale on platforms like Teachers Pay Teachers.

While it is not a requirement, it is appreciated if you include a link to The Magic Crayons website or social media channels when using the digital art in your commercial products.

Restrictions

1. Reselling or Redistribution: You may not resell or give away the digital art as is, or in unflattened formats, on platforms such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, stores, websites, blogs, or similar venues.
2. Copy Prevention: You may not enable others to copy the artwork from your products, blog, webpage, social media page, or similar platforms.

3. Replication: You may not use the digital art to create flashcards or replicas of any other products by The Magic Crayons on platforms such as Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, TimSensei, The Magic Crayons, Zazzle, Apple, Amazon, and similar.

4. Physical Products: You may not create physical products without prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, mugs, phone cases, t-shirts, prints, books, brochures, teacher guides, curriculum materials, and similar items.

5. Sharing with Others: You may not share this product with peers, your school, or your district. Instead, refer them to purchase additional licenses for multiple users on Teachers Pay Teachers or other designated platforms.
