If any student has been very helpful, or read an exceptional amount of books, or is responsible for part of the library and so on I like students and indeed staff to know what a great job they have done. I have the students friend take a photo, and I write some praise. Students will find an infinite numbers of ways for them to use the camera too such as their favourite teacher / administrator / crush holding a book they haev read or are reading,
