All custom artwork is made to order.
Because each piece is personalised, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. In the event of damage or loss in transit, we will arrange a replacement after confirming eligibility for an insurance claim.

- Submit your GPX file from your preferred cycling platform.
- I will create a free digital mock-up based on your ride and send it to you for approval.
- You can request changes until you're completely happy with the design.
- Once approved, your map is handcrafted and prepared for shipping from Japan.
